Sri krishna started by saying  'he resides in everything', and immediately says, he resides in specifics among each.. why?..

Let us understand Krishna's heart..

When Sri Krishna told Arjuna that 'he is seated in the heart of all living beings, the ultimate truth'

Sri krishna also understood that common people who read this ultimate truth may say that,

"Yes. Krishna paramatma (god) resides in everything. It is the truth.

Yes. Advaita Devotee like Prahalad was able to practically felt this truth.

Prahalad could not see hiranyakasipu as his father, poison as poison, weapon as weapon, elephant as elephant, mountain as mountain, ocean as ocean, killing sword as sword.

He saw everything as Narayana.

But,

How come common people like us, can perceive this ultimate truth?

How come a common people like us, can see his enemy as krishna paramathma?

How come a common people like us, can see animal as krishna paramatma?

Is there a way one can achieve such ultimate truth in practical life?"

By understanding this implicit question which will arise from common people, sri krishna immediately starts by guiding common people like us, towards 1st steps to reach this ultimate truth.

By saying,

Among Animals, i am lion,

Among Birds, i am Garuda and so on..

Sri krishna guides us towards ultimate truth by saying,

"My dear Devotee! It might be tough at initial stage to see myself in everything like prahalad..

I can very well understand your challenge...

But,

to kick start and to realize my presence, start 'remember me' when you,

see a lion, garuda,

hear sama veda, hear about shankara,

hear about kartikeya/muruga,

hear about Himalaya,

hear about ganges,

hear about victory,

hear about forgiveness,

hear about wealth,

hear about courage etc...

This initial steps of identifying me among big groups, will raise your spiritual consciousness towards me...

Whenever you see lion, u will start think of me.. My Narasimha Avatar may come up in your mind..

By starting this 1st step, you will start to become a Sadhveega Person (who hates killing others for their interest) . You may start seeing me in lion 1st in this practice... But gradually you will get matured to see me in every animals"

This bhakthi is enough for Sri Krishna to lift his devotee to next steps and make them realize his presence in everything they see.

This chapter is termed as Vibhuthi (limitless) yoga

By just following his 1st step, every reader of Bhagavad Gita 10th chapter, will start feeling the presence of unlimited  presence of krishna paramatma (ultimate  supreme god)

Hail Sri Krishna...

Hail our Sanathana (beyond time) Dharma (Rules).

Hail Everyone who chants Vedic God Names..
